Shipping & Delivery

We ship garage equipment across the UK and internationally. This page explains dispatch timelines, delivery methods, tracking, duties/VAT, and how we handle heavy or palletised freight.

Important: For heavy equipment (lifts, tyre machines, wheel balancers), delivery method and lead time can vary by destination. If you’re unsure, message us with your postcode / country and the item(s) you want.
Tracking included We email tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Order processing: typically 1–2 business days (stock items).
  • Cut-off times: orders placed late afternoon may process the next business day.
  • Weekend/holidays: dispatch resumes the next business day.
  • Made-to-order / supplier lead-time items: dispatch timeline is confirmed per product.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Tracking number: sent by email once dispatched.
  • Delivery updates: provided by the carrier (SMS/email where available).
  • Missed delivery: follow carrier instructions to rearrange or collect.
  • Address accuracy: ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct.

UK Delivery

Standard Parcels

Typical delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch (service depends on item size/weight). Tracking provided.

Pallet / Freight (Heavy Items)

Typical delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch. Kerbside delivery is standard unless otherwise arranged.

Freight note: Please ensure access for a large vehicle if you order palletised items. If access is restricted, tell us before dispatch so we can quote an alternative service.

International Delivery

We ship internationally where available. Transit times depend on destination, customs clearance, and the carrier service selected. For heavy items, international shipping is usually palletised freight.

EU / Europe

Typical delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch (may vary with customs and remote areas).

Rest of World

Typical delivery: 5–15+ business days after dispatch (depending on destination and service level).

Duties & VAT: International orders may incur import duties/taxes and clearance fees. These are usually paid by the customer to the carrier or local customs authority.

Duties, VAT & Customs

  • Customs rules vary by country and can affect delivery times.
  • Import charges (VAT/duties/fees) are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Delays can occur if customs require additional information or payment.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect deliveries on arrival (especially pallet/freight items).
  • If packaging is damaged, photograph the parcel/pallet before opening.
  • Report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.

Freight & Kerbside Delivery (Heavy Equipment)

  • Kerbside delivery means the driver unloads to the nearest safe kerbside location (not inside your workshop/garage).
  • Some services require a forklift / pallet truck on-site; we’ll advise if applicable.
  • Remote areas, islands, and restricted-access locations may require a custom quote.
  • If you need tail-lift delivery, advise us before dispatch so we can arrange it where possible.

Address Changes

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address.
  • Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible (carrier-dependent).

Failed Delivery / Returns to Sender

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated missed deliveries, the shipment may be returned.
  • Return shipping and re-delivery fees may apply depending on the carrier and item type.
